Description

SPYCRA® Protect is a dressing made of bi-elastic Lycra fibres, soft and silky, with self-adherent properties and a single-sided silicone contact layer. It is bi-elastic (stretching both lengthwise and crosswise), can be repositioned and features rounded edges to ensure better in-situ retention. It is breathable and supports wound healing according to the moist wound healing principle. Non-absorbent. The silicone contact layer uses “ReSkin Silicone Skin Technology”: a patented combination of elastic fibres and a soft, self-adherent silicone layer.

Indications

Protective dressing indicated for:

• Prevention of friction wounds and skin irritation (intertrigo, etc.)
• Superficial wounds, non-exudating or lightly exudating
• Recently healed wounds for scar management
