Phase 1
Raw materials inspection and acceptance
Every incoming yarn is analysed and qualified according to our internal protocols. Only raw materials that pass our tests enter production.
Phase 2
Yarn covering
High-quality elastic yarns are covered with cotton, viscose or polyamide to ensure softness, breathability and washing resistance.
Phase 3
Knitting
Computer-controlled knitting machines work the yarns with absolute precision, building the graduated compression structure stitch by stitch.
Phase 4
Finishing department
Toes, bands and trims are assembled, washed and heat-set at high temperature. Each garment takes its final shape here.
Phase 5
Final inspection
Every piece is manually inspected: dimensions, compression, finishing. Only stockings that meet our standards leave the factory.
